We are in need of people who wish to use their hospitality skills in welcoming people to the table of our Lord, Jesus Christ. The usher is the first person whom worshipers meet when they arrive at church. The usher has a very important responsibility of representing the church’s hospitality to existing members, visitors, and potential members. Please give prayerful thought to joining our ministry. You may participate on a weekly basis or on a “when available” or “when needed” basis. If interested in getting more information, please contact the church office. The Minister of the Word (Lector) is the storyteller of the worshipping assembly. The minister is not just a "reader". They PROCLAIM the Word of God, making Christ present with and in the assembly through the Word. Their desire to proclaim comes from a deep personal faith and a love of scripture. Lectors receive both initial and ongoing training. Any baptized and confirmed Catholic who possesses very good reading skills and is spiritually motivated toward this ministry should call the Parish Office.
We invite families or individuals to participate in the NEW “Gifts Bearers Ministry”. As a gift bearer you are representing the entire parish as we return to God a small part of the many blessings that He has given to us. This is a very important task in our Mass because the unleavened Bread and Wine that you carry will be consecrated to become the Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. You may choose which Mass you would like to participate in and the date or dates of your participation. Please give this ministry prayerful thought. If you are interested in participating, please contact the parish office.
The Minister of the Eucharist is one who is drawn out of the assembly gathered for worship to visibly share the presence of Jesus during the Communion Rite by offering the Body and Blood of Christ to their Catholic brothers and sisters. Eucharisitc Minister receive both initial and ongoing training and resource support. Open to baptized Catholic men and women who are confirmed and in good standing with the Church.
The Minister of the Eucharist to the Sick, again drawn forth from the worshipping assembly, feel called to share the presence of Jesus. We stay connected with our Catholic residents in area hospitals, nursing facilites and those homebound. Mass is celebrated monthly at local care facilities and ministers assist the priest at these Masses. Open to baptized Catholic men and women who are confirmed and in good standing with the Church.

New Eucharistic minister guidelines:
The table with the hand sanitizers is now on the west wall, so proceed to the left side of church to sanitize. Then you won’t have to cross the priest to get into position around the altar. Also, as soon as the presider consumes the host, come up the steps.

Mass at Transfiguration is streamed at 8:15am beginning with Rosary at 7:30am on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Noon on Tuesday. Saturday at 5:00pm and on Sunday at 10:00am.
