Closing Info
We want to remind parents that we are approaching the season where inclement weather may cause a school delay or cancellation. When the weather forecast is for winter weather conditions such as snow, sleet, ice, PLEASE check in the morning to see if we have a delay or closing. School closings and delays will be announced on local radio and TV stations. Since students are transported by Troy City Schools, we follow Troy school closings and delays. If the school is closed due to weather a One Call Message will be made as soon as a decision is made about Bus usage. Parents who utilize the SACC program need to have an alternate plan for child care when school is cancelled, because SACC will not be open when school is closed. If there is a school delay that results in a closing, parents of students already dropped off at SACC will be notified and asked to pick-up their student due to the closing of school. Students will be supervised until parents are able to pick them up.
